Shipping Policy

Where We Ship: We currently ship to 43 U.S. states. At present we do not ship to:

  • Georgia
  • Idaho
  • Kansas
  • Michigan
  • Mississippi
  • Nebraska
  • South Carolina

These restrictions are due to state regulations regarding wine shipment, even for products under 0.5% ABV.

Shipping Rates:

  • Orders of 3+ bottles: FREE SHIPPING
  • Orders of 1-2 bottles: Calculated at checkout, typically $9.99

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order ships.

You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Signature Requirements: Some states require an adult signature (21+) for wine delivery, even for non-alcoholic wine under 0.5% ABV.

Your shipping confirmation will indicate if signature is required.

Weather Holds: During extreme heat or cold, we may hold shipments to protect wine quality. You'll be notified if this affects your order.

Damaged or Lost Shipment: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:

  1. Contact us at ciao@drinkandreina.com within 7 days
  2. Include photos of any damage
  3. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately

You won't be asked to return damaged items.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to love Andreina. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery at ciao@drinkandreina.com for a refund. Wholesale orders and purchases made from third-party retailers are exempt from this policy. 

Return Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns. 

 

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy We understand plans change! You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order ships. Email ciao@drinkandreina.com with your order number. We'll process your refund within 24 hours. Full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Subscription Cancellations Cancel your subscription anytime with no penalties or fees. If you've already been charged for an upcoming shipment, we'll refund it in full.
