WHY CORTONA SYRAH?
Not all grapes translate well to non-alcoholic winemaking. Syrah, particularly from Cortona, is uniquely suited for this craft.
- Structure That Lasts: Grown in Cortona’s clay-rich soils, our Syrah develops velvety tannins that remain intact even after the alcohol is removed.
- Aromatic Depth: Using Aroma Capture Technology, we preserve the grape's natural compounds. Expect layers of dark fruit, Mediterranean herbs, and earth.
- Refined, Not Jammy: Cortona Syrah is elegant. It offers a savory, mineral backbone and natural acidity that keeps the palate fresh and food-friendly.

Why This Wine Is Different
This is not grape juice. This is not a compromise.
Andreina starts as a premium Tuscan Syrah made using traditional winemaking methods. Only after the wine is complete do we carefully remove the alcohol using Aroma Capture Technology.
The result? The original wine's aromatic compounds are preserved, giving you authentic wine character without the alcohol.

How It's Made
Most dealcoholized wines taste "empty" because the flavor evaporates with the alcohol. We use a patented technology designed to catch what others lose.
1. Traditional Origins
We start with a premium, fully fermented Tuscan Syrah. It has the tannins, structure, and character of a true Italian red because that is exactly what it is.
2. Gentle Separation
Using low-temperature vacuum distillation, we separate the wine into two parts: the body of the wine and the volatile essence (alcohol + aroma).
3. The Aroma Capture
This is where magic happens: we isolate the wine’s precious aromatic compounds from the alcohol. We discard the ethanol but keep the soul.
4. The Reunion
We precisely reintroduce those captured aromas to the dealcoholized wine. The result is a wine that tastes, smells, and feels like the original vintage.
